in the beginning.....
Before i moved to Cleveland i had gotten on a regimen of going to the gym 3 or 4 times a week.it all started when i was walking along Christopher St. in NYC .where apparently they have started genetically engineering gay men with abs, i was feeling sad about not keeping up my end of the gay bargain. YOU MUST LOOK GOOD, its so clearly stated at the bottom of the contract....so i was looking pretty good there for a while..now after moving to cleveland i had to put that off for a while, so then i went ahead and started back up after purchasing a home gym....then i had an accident which sent me to the hospital for a little over 2 weeks, since then its been eating away at the back of my mind to get back into things because i felt like i was wasting away..getting flabby and i hate myself flabby...so recently i started back ,sort of ..i started running and my god i hate it...i hope i will become accustom to its odd way of making me feel ill, i did research on how to start running and i got good advice which i am following BUT it would have been helpfull if someone told you the truth like.."your first few times attempting to run, you will be tired, hurting and want to throw up...just to warn you" i also do a bit of weights on the days i dont run. Most importsntly i try to stay away from anything at starbucks that isnt a plain cup of coffee...thosr frappuccino's will kill somoeone yet.
