Free At Last

Sometime you have an idea and you think its a good one untill it actually happens and you think to yourself...am i an idiot!!!. I am referring to the decision of having my parents actually stay at the house for fourth of july weekend.....AM I AN IDIOT!!!!, im hoping they had a good time , its just difficult because our lives move at different speeds and paces..and my mom get get on my nerves something terrible.They arrived friday night, whilst i was at work, and saturday we went to an island in lake Erie called "Put-In-Bay"..or as i call it "Pudding Bay"....we also took the boys, Cortney, Jeremy, and James..and my nephew Christian, i think they had a great time.The ride there was a bit longer than my dad wanted,but we arrived and took a nice boat ride over to what the college kids call"Put-Out-Bay"...My mom complained about the wind....having to walk..her hairs...the wind again...and my dad had to pee every 5 minutes, but they enjoyed the little shops that gave them a chance to purchase expensive nick-nacks, and all in all i think it was an ok thing for them. Now you can rent basically golf carts to ride around the island on and we did that , and raced around exploring.....more wind comments......and even ended up in someone's private drive where after we apologized they asked us if we wanted a beer...how nice of the indiginous life of puddding cove. Well the rest of the weekend went smoothly, and tuesday morning they made there way back home and peace was once again restored to the galaxy.
